Layout And PRVZ- Spoilers

So the next phase like we said is the animation itself. First comes camera directing, setting the angles and deciding very roughly what the character will do in each shot. essentialy were translating the videoboard into an actual 3D space, and improve upon it even more.
BTW- The skinless muscule exposed musician is temporary, dont worry.

Halfway there, sort of!

Two weeks ago was the mid year, menaning we only have a few months to go!
So here is what we brought to show to ease all the skeptics out there- the film is moving on just about right.
Rendered frames which should represent how the film will look finished more or less, and some teaser animation of the musician himself.
Next comes the animation itself, which will be stupidly hard.
Look foreward to it! :)

Major breakthrough- rendered frame!


So we managed to make two awesome things this week: a short animation for the musician just to test him, and a rendered frame to compare to the concept art!

Texture refinment and complete machine rig!

So now all the rig for the machine, including bugs and what not (DAMN THEM BUGS) is done! textures have been improved slightly and added for all parts. Enjoy the test pics!

Long time no update- busy bees

We havn't Updated for some time now due to messing with rigging- something you cant really capture in pics. However- we came back a bit to some stuff we can show.
So right now we have our machine at about 90% Rig, meaning it can actually play and move (Halluljah) and additionally we are at about..60-70% on the musician rig. many small procedures to do and polish, but at
least hes not in a vegetative state.
So on the list before moving to prvz (Pre-vizualiztion-camera directing etc.) we have a bit of work: Finish , Rigs, Textures and then Modeling, Rigging and texturing the enviorments and locations.
So- some textures for you people: all are WIPs but still, starting to look cool.
